8Zai
Zai is a very powerful character in Naraka: Bladepoint with an aggressive play style, suitable for overwhelming targets caught off guard and capitalizing with heavy damage. Zai’s base ability is called Flame Ward, which transforms Zai into a state, making her immune to stagger and damage. The first of her two variations is called Ignition, which increases the duration Zai can remain in Flame Ward and adds an attack.
The final variation of Flame Ward shoots Zai into the air, allowing her to come crashing down with a knock-up. Zai’s ultimate grants her access to her chain scythes which have varying effects, such as marking targets, bringing them closer, and causing tick damage. Tarka’s Ultimate ability is Fire Frenzy, which variations range from a buff to attack speed and damage for an extended duration and an onslaught of ranged fireball attacks.
7Yueshan
Yueshan is a grounded character with high survivability and moderate damage output, making him just enough of a menace on the battlefield to merit focusing. Yueshen excels at aggressive play styles due to his several abilities that focus on dealing high damage while controlling the target’s mobility.

Yueshen’s base skill is called Scorching Dash; casting this ability will make Yueshen dash toward a target, interrupting them and pushing them back. The second variation of Sacred Dash has an increased distance and stuns, and the final variation allows Yueshen to leap into the air and crash down on top of targets inflicting fear.
6Tarka Ji
Tarka Ji is a great character with a lot of versatility in his skill set and is veryaccessible to new players, able to confidently engage in close combat and ranged engagement. Players will enjoy his defensive skills, hard-hitting counters, and ranged assault options. Tarka’s base skill is Flame Force; Tarka channels chi and takes a defensive stance welcoming attacks from any target for three seconds.

Flash allows Matari to teleport a moderate distance away in its base form. However, with the three variations of Flash, Matari can teleport twice or back to her original location. Matari’s Ultimate grants her and allies, Stealth and the use of an assassinate attack after she Flash to an unsuspecting enemy.
1Akos Hu
Akos Hu embodies the strength and fury of the tiger with his wide range of unique variations of his abilities and his high survivability, whether solo or in a group. Akos' base ability is Roar, where he channels Chi and uses it to slam onto the ground with spectral claws that knock enemies back and grants Akos damage reduction.
The variations of Roar include knocking enemies airborne with the Blast variations and hitting multiple targets at once while inflicting fear with the Terror variation. Akos' Ultimate ability is Feral Frenzy. When cast, Ako’sattacks are combinedwith a spectral tiger granting new attack strings, heightened damage, and new combo potential. The Lockdown variation of Feral Frenzy is the only control version of his Ultimate which slams a giant staff into the ground, restricting the distance that targets caught by the AOE can travel.
