Of the games produced by FromSoftware,Bloodborneis especially beloved by many in the gaming community. With its focus on quicker combat and gothic aesthetic, there are many aspects ofBloodbornethat stand out to players compared to other FromSoftware titles. However, if there’s one thing most fans can agree on, it’s that the laundry list of debunked rumors and leaks is getting out of hand.
Over the years, a large number of supposed ‘leaks’ have surfaced regardingBloodbornethat range from a direct sequel to a PC port, and many others. The most recent leak involves arumored ‘Hunters Edition’ for the PS5 and PC, but as of right now, there’s still nothing to really validate the leak. Now, one fan has made a program that exemplifies just how manyBloodborneleaks there have been.

A Twitter user by the name of isbbonpc made aBloodbornerumor generator via shindanmaker. Essentially, the user types in their name, and the generator will form text explaining how the user has a reliable source on a new Bloodborne leak. Whether that be aBloodbornePS5 remasteror a port to Nintendo Switch, the leak generator covers a lot of bases.
Other than the fact that the rumor generator is hilarious in its own right, it, unfortunately, speaks to the sheer volume of debunked rumors and leaks surroundingBloodborne. Since its initial release over six years ago, there have been a multitude of rumors surrounding the game and the overwhelming majority of those rumors turned out to be false. While a number of Sony exclusive titles have received PC ports and deluxe editions, such asDeath StrandingandHorizon Zero Dawn, that doesn’t automatically meanBloodbornewill.
Then again,Bloodborneis still considered one of the most successfulPlayStation 4 exclusivesever released, and the fact that it has yet to receive the same treatment as some of these other games is somewhat odd. It could be due to the sheer volume of FromSoftware games to release following the launch ofBloodbornein 2015.
FromDark Souls 3toSekiro: Shadows Die Twice, not to mention the development of the upcomingElden Ring, all of these elements could potentially put a hindrance on the development of aBloodborneremaster or port. Though, admittedly, if all of these rumors are any indication, then it’s clear that the demand for moreBloodbornecontent definitely exists. Only time will tell if FromSoftware chooses to revisitBloodbornein the future.
