What to Look Forward to About Genshin Impact’s Navia
Navia’s Potential Gameplay
Based on recent leaks relating toGenshin Impact’sNavia’s kit, she will focus her attack style on the niche Crystallize reaction formed when Geo meets Hydro, Pyro, Cryo, or Electro. It’s been suggested by leakers that by absorbing these shards, Navia will gain stacks of them that she can release in a big Geo damage hit. Holding her skill may collect all the shards in the area, similar to Neuvillette’s charged attack. However, it’s implied that the damage will be the exact same in the end.
Navia’s burst is suggested to do AOE Geo damage by summoning a cannon and then dishing out period Geo damage. This may even accumulate more Geo shards to use her skill again, according to leakers. It’s currently unclear if the period damage buffs anyone or if she’s intended to be a DPS. From where the leaks stand now, it’s impliedNavia’s damage will scale off of her ATK. This is further assumed by the leaked passive she has, currently called “Mutual Assistance Network,” in which Navia can gain up to 40% extra ATK based off of her party members elements. She may stack 20% for any Pyro, Hydro, Electro, or Cryo member twice.
Navia’s Potential Teammates
With this assumption in mind, the usually wonderfulGenshin ImpactGeo support Goroumay not be a good teammate for her. With the other two teammates needing to be of other elements to buff Navia’s skill, Gorou’s skill will only reach level 2, which will increase resistance and add DEF to teammates. However, this isn’t too useful for Navia, and removing a character to reach level 3 of his skill may not be worth it. If her kit actually scales off DEF, that will change things.
Genshin Impact’s Kujou Saraisn’t a bad option in comparison. Though her C6 is more geared for Electro damage, the majority of her kit is generally a good ATK boost. If Navia scales on ATK on her release, Kujou Sara will be a good option to be one of those two other elements Navia supposedly requires.
Navia: In General
Leakers say that Navia will drop with a new artifact set that will boost her ATK and give bonus damage when absorbing Crystallize shards. This furthers the idea that leakers could be right when they say she scales off of ATK. This may also mean she could be one of the first to reasonably use the Unforged claymore since it isn’t a leading choice on other users. There may still be better options, but it’s viable with her since theCrystallize reaction create shieldsas well.
