Count Ymiris an NPC that offers players a series of Ruins Maps to collect treasure inElden Ring Shadow of the ErdtreeDLC. Completing his quest is quite time-consuming, as you must visit three different ruins, some of which are locked behind some tough bosses.
TheCathedral of Manus Metyrquest series is heavily related to Jolan’squest inElden Ring. That’s because Jolan is a loyal follower of Count Ymir and any offense towards the latter will mark you as an enemy in Jolan’s books.
Manus Metyr’s Ruins Map Location
Count Ymircan be found in the Cathedral of Manus Metyr. You can access it by going through the hole east of Moorth Ruins and heading northeast from Bonny Village.
The first time you speak with him, he will give you theRuins Mapand a Hole-Laden Necklace. You need to find the location shown on the map and use the necklace to get an item. For the first location, travel from Castle Ensis’s Entrance tothe Cerulean Coast inElden RingSOTE.
From the Cerulean Coast Cross’s Site of Grace, go east down to the beach, and keep walking in the same direction along the shore until you reach the entrance of the Finger Ruins of Rhia. Go north to where the finger statues are placed in a circle and blow into the bell to get theCrimson Seed Talisman +1. Go back to Manus Metyr and speak with Count Ymir to get another map as well as theBeloved StardustTalisman. Additionally, two new spells are added to his collection.
Manus Metyr’s Ruins Map (2nd) Location
TheRuins Map (2nd)reveals another Finger Ruins located in Scaduview, but this time players must travel through a hidden passage to reach the area.
Additionally, you will need theO Mother Gestureto reveal the hidden entrance. By traveling northeast of the Bonny Village Site of Grace, Tarnished can locate the Gesture near a dead tree on a corpse.

How to Reach the Finger Ruins of Dheo
From the Hinterland Site of Grace, keep going east from the Fingertone Hill Site of Graceto reach the Finger Ruins of Dheo. Next, continue southeast towards the bell while evading enemies' attack and interact with it to get theCerulean Seed Talisman +1. Return to Count Ymir, and he will give players theRuins Map (3rd)and a new spell will be available to purchase.
Manus Metyr’s Ruins Map (3rd) Location
Exhaust all of Ymir’s dialogue, then rest at the nearby Site of Lost Grace.
Approach his throne and examine it to reveal a hidden path to the Finger Ruins of Miyr. Go down the ladder to be invaded by Anna, Jolan’s sister. Defeat her to receive theClaws of Night, then proceed forward to blow the bell.
Prepare yourself as you are about to face Metyr, Mother of Fingers. Defeat the boss to be rewarded with 420,000 Runes, and theRemembrance of the Mother of Fingers. Go back to the Cathedral and approach the throne to get invaded by Swordhand of Night Jolan. Upon defeating her,another NPC invader will appear, and it’s none other than Count Ymir, Mother of Fingers. Kill the NPC to obtain theHigh Priest Set,Ymir’s Bell Bearing, and theMaternal Staff.
