AnotherDestiny 2fan has gone above and beyond to show their appreciation for Bungie’s massive online powerhouse with an impressive piece of 3D printed art. Blowing up on Twitter from the handle @mightymarkprops, cosplayer Mark Pafford has impressed fans with his latest build of themysterious, revived Saint-14.
Pafford has displayed other cosplay projects on his Twitter before, with a lot of his previous builds focusing onDestiny 2similar to his recent Saint-14 outfit. In addition, Pafford also builds props for himself and other cosplayers, including a motorcycle cover for Yang fromRooster Teeth’sRWBY.

The photos of Pafford’s new Saint-14 build come from his latest visit to KatsuCon, where he donned the outfit and premiered the cosplay for the first time. Having made the Saint-14 armor with a 3D printer, many of the effects, including the signature purple light from the character’s exotic helmet hail from all the way back to the originalDestiny. Between the lights and mechanically crafted armor, Pafford’s Saint-14 is easily one of the bestDestinycosplays, which is really saying something considering how many great designs the series has for fans to draw from.
Aside from the posts he shares on Twitter, Pafford also has an Art Station portfolio of his 3D art, mostly consisting of models for hisDestiny,Halo, andMetal Gearprops and cosplay builds. One of the more impressive props includes the Titan Sunbreaker’s super weapon, the Hammer of Sol, complete with LEDs to give it a flaming orange glow, similar to the Saint-14 helmet. With any luck, thenext few seasons ofDestiny 2will inspire even more impressive cosplay with what’s coming in the future of the series.
The way that fan communities come together to share their admiration for franchises likeDestinycan only be described as inspiring. With websites like Twitter and Instagram, artists like Pafford have been able to share their creations that bring beloved characters and their legendary gear into the real world. Then, with everything thatDestinyhas to offer for fan artists to recreate, likeRasputin and Osiris, there are sure to be tons of equally impressive cosplay builds like Pafford’s coming in the future, including some new pieces from Pafford himself.
