Called Season of the Construct, the latest season introducedDiablo 4players to the Ancient Forces that live deep in the deserts of Kehjistan.Diablo 4brought a new villain, the demon Malphas, and other content for players to enjoy. One of these is the addition of the Seneschal Companion, a robot that is a valuable ally thanks to the powers it gets from Governing and Tuning Stones.Diablo 4Season 3 also added the dungeons known as Vaults, and quality of life improvements such as WASD control to improve gameplay for PC players. Now,Diablo 4has revealed what players can expect from yet another update.
Blizzard has released the patch notes forDiablo 4update 1.3.3, which is coming on March 5. The big news is the return of somevampiric powers fromDiablo 4Season 2, which have undergone adjustments and will now be available as Legendary Aspects. As a result,Diablo 4players will find in all World Tiers, Eternal and Seasonal Realms Accursed Touch, Blood Boil, and Moonrise, which are offensive Aspects. The other Aspects on the list are the defensive Hectic and Metamorphosis, and the utility Aspect Undying. Although the new Legendary Aspects aren’t 1:1 copies of their counterparts, Diablo 4 update 1.3.3 has largely retained their original functionality.
Diablo 4update 1.3.3 will adjust the Unique items Ring of Starless Skies, Penitent Greaves, Tassets of the Dawning Sky, and Mother’s Embrace. The Legendary Aspects Of Inner Calm, Of Retribution, and Starlight will get buffs, while some powers of the Seneschal Companion got nerfed because they are overperforming. AllDiablo 4classeswill see changes in the update to their abilities and passives, along with their Paragon Glyphs, Legendary Aspects, and Unique Aspects. Although it doesn’t appear in the patch notes, another addition of the 1.3.3 update will be the new The Gauntlet dungeon and the Leaderboards, which after being delayed are finally coming toDiablo 4.
While March 5 will be an exciting day forDiablo 4players with the arrival of update 1.3.3, it won’t be the only day the community shouldn’t miss.Diablo 4will be available on Game Pass on March 28, making the game accessible to an even wider audience. With this, Blizzard paves the way for more players to enjoy future updates, injecting new life intoDiablo 4.
GAMEPLAY UPDATES
Vampiric Powers
Developer’s Note: Select Vampiric Powers from Season of Blood have returned with some tweaks to make their power level fit into Season of the Construct. These powers will be available as Legendary Aspects in all World Tiers and in both the Eternal and Seasonal Realms.
Book of the Dead
Skills
Developer’s Note: The goals of this change are to reduce the opportunity cost of using Blood Surge against fewer numbers of enemies as well as increasing its overall power, even in scenarios of hitting multiple enemies.
The Seneschal
Developer’s Note: We want the Seneschal to feel strong, but there are certain powers that are overperforming. Additionally, there are a couple of unintended interactions that are being addressed.
USER INTERFACE AND USER EXPERIENCE
BUG FIXES
Gameplay
Developer’s Note: Some items, Legendary Aspects, Passives, Paragon bonuses, and Skills displayed bugs that allowed players to gain more power than intended when you equipped and then unequipped them. We believe these interactions lead to a worse experience for all players, as it creates a stigma that these bugs must be exploited to reach new levels of power. The bug fixes below address all known instances of this issue.
