Despite Media Molecule’sDreamsreleasing only a few days ago, the internet has already been flooded with hundreds of incredible projects created by the game’s community. From the now-iconicstaircase fromJokerto a complete recreation of Hideo Kojima’s infamousPT,it appears the only limit to what can be created inDreamsis the user’s imagination. There’s no greater proof of that than in one particular project that has recently emerged from the community.

Brought to life by a player going by the name Barian1998, the talented creator has managed to design an expansive and fully explorable recreation of Hogwarts Castle fromHarry Potter. The level, which is supposedly still being worked on by the player, allows users to explore a number of iconic locations from the incredibly popular franchise, including the Great Hall, Dumbledore’s office, and the Gryffindor Common Room.

The level first spawns the player into Hogwarts' courtyard, and from there, they are allowed to wander around the castle at their own leisure. Not only that, but they’re also given a number of options to change the setting to see Hogwarts in a different light, with the creator providing the option to switch the weather, time of day, and more. The player can also access the Marauder’s Map to navigate their journey through the castle and use the spell Lumos to light their way if it’s dark. Overall, it seems the recreation is filled with attention to detail and passion, once again showing the potentialDreams’set of tools have to design expansive worlds.

Alongside Barian’s incredible Hogwarts tour, other players have also shown off some incredible uses of theDreams’toolkit to design outstanding creations. One player put together a shockingly authentic version ofFallout 4complete with its distinct title screen, while another created aThe Last of Us 2level that utilizes PlayStation 1 era graphics. EvidentlyDreamsis already becoming a home for some of the most creative minds in gaming today, and if it continues to cultivate these sensational levels and art pieces, there’s no doubt it will become a staple of the PlayStation’s lineup for years to come.

Things will seemingly only get better for the revolutionary platform as well, with Media Molecule hinting thatPlayStation VR supportcould be the next step inDreams’journey. With projects like Barian’s incredible Hogwarts tour in mind, there’s no denying that VR could really take the game to a whole new level, so here’s to hoping that it comes very soon.
