To get Cement inPalworld, all you will need to do isreach Player Level 19and unlock it byusing Technology Points.To raise your level, there are a few different things you can do:
Once you’ve successfully reached Level 19, you can head over to theTechnology tabin your main menu. Cement will be the second option next to the Breeding Farm and will cost1 Technology Point. After you’ve leveled up, you should have some Technology Points available to you. You can alsounlock Fast Travel spotsto get one Technology Point.
