The Super Mario Bros. Movietook over New York Comic Con, and Jack Black delighted the crowd by showing off his skill at voicing Bowser.

The Super Mario Bros. Movierevealed its first trailer at NYCC, showcasing the first look at several of the iconic video game characters. Audiences were delighted in particular by Black’s rendition of Bowser, King of the Koopas, who had most of the trailer dedicated to his introduction. Fans also got a glimpse at Keegan-Michael Key’s Toad and Charlie Day’s Luigi on the run from a horde of Dry Bones.

Black treated fans to an extended preview of his performance as Bowser while on stage at NYCC.
