Fortniteis still one of the most popular games in the world, and thanks to its incredible sales success, the Switch is becoming one of the most popular consoles in the world as well. Considering this, it’s no surprise that there have been a number of cross-promotional efforts betweenFortniteand the Switch, and now Nintendo has pulled the curtain back on the latest one:Fortnite-themed Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons.

Nintendo revealed theFortniteJoy-Cons in a social media post where it confirmed that the bundle would be available starting June 4. The Joy-Con Fortnite Fleet Force Bundle includes blue and yellow Joy-Con controllers, with the yellow controller having an extra sticker on it to make it look like thepopular banana skin Peely. However, those that decide to purchase theFortniteJoy-Cons will get more than just the controllers.

This latestFortnitebundle also comes with codes that players can redeem for special items in-game. This includes a special glider and pickaxe, as well as 500 V-Bucks thatFortniteplayers can spend in the store. This bundle joins previousFortniteSwitch bundles, which included in-game cosmetics, V-Bucks, and a Nintendo Switch console itself, and another that included aFortnite-themed Switch console.

Pricing information for theseFortniteJoy-Con bundles are unavailable at the time of this writing. However, Nintendo made sure to plugFortniteSeason 6alongside their reveal, which is officially kicking off on Tuesday, March 16. Details on what exactlyFortniteSeason 6 will entail still have yet to be revealed, though Epic Games has confirmed that there will be a playable single-player experience to get the season started for battle royale fans.

Fortnite’s latest season has been one of its most ambitious to date, including numerous crossovers with a wide variety of other entertainment franchises. Everything fromGod of WartoHalotoThe Walking Deadmade an appearance inFortniteSeason 5, which started with aMandaloriancrossover.FortniteSeason 6, meanwhile, is expected to add more DC Comics skins to the mix, though the new season is not believed to be entirely themed around the comic book company.

Luckily, speculation as to whatFortniteSeason 6 will entail will come to a close sooner rather than later. As pointed out by Nintendo,FortniteSeason 6 will go live on March 16. Nintendo Switch owners won’t be able to jump in using these newFortniteJoy-Cons, but maybe they’ll get to use them when Season 7 inevitably starts later this year.
