Summary
Overwatch 2unveiled the new Dragons Mega Bundle, which includes dragon-themed skins for Sigma, Hanzo, and Brigitte, among a host of other items. Quickly approaching its one-year anniversary,Overwatch 2’s Season 6 Invasion finally brought PvE co-op missions to the game alongside the new Flashpoint mode and its tenth support hero Illari.
Since its October 2022 launch,Overwatch 2has been host to a wide array of impressive-looking hero skins, most notably its collaboration withOne Punch Man.The collab introduced a Saitama skin for Doomfist, Genji’s Genos skin, Soldier 76’s Mumen Rider skin, and Kiriko’s Terrible Tornado skin. On top of paid bundles, the launch ofOverwatch 2debuted new mythic skinsheadlining each seasonal battle pass. These customizable cosmetic skins have been the crown jewel of each season, with Genji’s Cyber Demon skin kicking it off last October. Ana is the most recent hero to receive the mythic skin treatment as part of Season 6 Invasion’s battle pass rewards.

Now, roughly halfway through Season 6,Overwatch 2took to Twitter to reveal a big new cosmetic pack. The short video showcased the three skins on offer in the new Dragons Mega Bundle, which features dragon-themed skins for Sigma, Hanzo, and Brigitte. Additionally, the pack will include a weapon charm, name card, spray, player icons, victory poses, and souvenirs. The bundle costs a whopping 8,600Overwatchcoinsbut will be available for 4,400 coins over the next six days.
Each of these three dragon skins is based on a color. Sigma’s is bronze, Brigitte’s is blue, and Hanzo’s features yellow highlights. The bundle might have been even better suited as part of Season 5 earlier this Summer, as its battle pass rewards were fantasy-themed, headlined by Tracer’s Adventurer mythic skin. Nevertheless, these dragon skins are quite impressive. In the future,Hanzo’s brother Genji could be a great candidatefor the dragon skin treatment, considering his own connection to the dragon he summons during his Dragonblade ultimate. Reinhardt could make another fine option, as dragons are very much in line with his medieval-themed armor.
With a new season andOverwatch 2’s one-year launch anniversaryright around the corner, fans should expect to see many more impressive-looking skins both in the battle pass and available in bundles over the coming weeks and months. Couple that with the Halloween and Holiday events coming up as well, and some ofOverwatch 2’s newer heroes like Sojourn, Ramattra, and Illari may finally be seeing some fun new holiday cosmetics, though hopefully not as pricey as this Dragons Mega Bundle.
Overwatch 2is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
