AnOverwatchfan recently made Bastion, one of the DPS heroes, out of LEGOs for their younger brother as a Christmas present and posted it online, which has been liked by a lot of otherfans of the video game. WhileOverwatchhas collaborated with LEGO in the past, creating toy versions of iconic heroes and sections of maps from the original game, some fans still like to make their ownOverwatchinspired LEGO creations.
Bastionis actually one of theOverwatchheroes that LEGO made a set of. However, the official LEGO version of Bastion is quite different from this fan creation, as theOverwatchfan’s version is smaller and was made with different types of bricks, giving a unique take on the Damage hero.

Height-Deprived also uploaded eight images of the LEGO Bastion they made, showing the omnic hero off in both Recon and Sentry modes. Along with Bastion, Height-Deprived also made a LEGO version of Ganymede, a non-playableOverwatchcharacter, to accompany the DPS omnic, just as they do in the video game. Ganymede is a bird that befriends Bastion in one ofOverwatchthe animated shortsthat the developers made, and can also be seen with Bastion inthe game.
A lot of other Reddit users expressed their interest in Height-Deprived’s creation, thinking that it is really cool for them to make a LEGO Bastion for their brother, and wishing that they had one for themselves.Overwatchfans also made jokes about Bastion, pretending to not know who the Damage hero is as they are not currently able to play as the omnic inOverwatch 2. Due to a bug concerningBastion’s new ultimate ability, Artillery Fire, Blizzard Entertainment removed the Damage hero fromOverwatch 2, and fans, both new and old alike, hope to be able to play as the omnic soon.
Fan made creations such as these are quite creative and loved by many people in theOverwatchcommunity. AsOverwatch 2came out just a couple of weeks ago, a lot of gamers have been checking the franchise out for the very first time, and will certainly upload their own unique takes on their favorite heroes from the game, including Bastion, soon.
Overwatch 2is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
