They said that they begin everyGen 4 playthroughby using Ditto to breed some Pokemon. The Ditto in question was caught on July 13, 2025, so not long afterPokemon Diamond and Pearlfirst released. This also means that the Ditto is nearly 17 years old, and has finally hit level 100 through breeding.
Pokemon Pearl Ditto Hits Max Level Through Breeding
In mostPokemongames, breeding is a straightforward process. One has to progress far enough to reach that game’s take onthe Pokemon Daycare, and then they can leave two Pokemon with the hopes that they will breed and produce an egg. The Pokemon breeding process is a bit different in the most recent games, though.
