A new report suggests that the Rockstar Editor is coming toRed Dead Redemption 2and will be available before the year is up.
According to Rockstar Intel, an update to theRed Dead Redemption 2game files reveals that the Rockstar Editor is on the way. However, the feature won’t be available for the November 5thlaunch ofRDR 2on PC, but instead fans will have to wait until December when the port releases on Steam.

Rockstar Editor may not be a crucial feature for many PC players, especially those that have just been waiting to playRed Dead Redemption 2in 4K and 60 FPS, but others have been greatly anticipating its arrival. With Rockstar Editor, creative fans can put together impressive videos that show off just how immersive the world of Rockstar Games’ latest is.
It’s worth pointing out that the Rockstar Editor is not mod tools forRed Dead Redemption 2– those are expected much later, if at all. Presently, Rockstar Games has only hinted that mod tools might not arrive forRed Dead Redemption 2but the studio said the same thing about a PC port. The focus is always on the present product and everything else is left for a later conversation.
