A Reddit user named Spiritual-Handle7583 has shared an image of a sword called the Ebony Sword of Compassion, showing that it heals enemies inThe Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim. This sword has a base damage output of 36, but it heals targets for 115 points, more than three times the amount of damage dealt by the weapon. Fans should note that even the healing effect is considered an attack, so aSkyrimguard will become hostileif users hit them with the sword.

The Ebony Sword of Compassion has a value of 1523 as seen in the image, but it’s pretty much useless in combat scenarios. However, it may have some unique benefits, as gamers in the comments section state that it can be utilized to level up theone-handed skill inSkyrimextremely fast.

The player mentions that they found this sword in the wild, but clarifies that its enchantment of healing enemies is only possible with the Summermyst mod installed. With 120 new enchantments for weapons and armor, theSummermystSkyrimmodcan completely change how users play the game, and it’s perhaps one of the more interesting mods available to users.

Skyrimplayers have encountered this enchantment before, as one gamer recently found a bow that heals enemies for 112 points. Another post features a battleaxe that also heals enemies, but its damage output is higher than the amount healed by 4 points. So, this battleaxe would eventually be able to kill enemies, unlike the Elven Bow of Mercy and the Ebony Sword of Compassion.
