Sonic Dream Teamhas released its first post-launch update, fixing boss fights and introducing brand-new mission types.Sonic Dream Teamis an Apple Arcade exclusive title that was released in December 2023, developed by Sega HARDlight. Sonic Dream Teamis a bit on the short side, taking around two hours to beat its story. While it has a shorter overall time,Sonic Dream Team’s biggest strength is its replayability, where players can take multiple routes through levels, collect blue coins, or take on missions to get all the Dream Orbs for 100% completion. On top of that, the game has weekly challenges that reward a separate XP amount that contributes to unlocking a set of in-game statues. The developers at HARDlight are also supportingDream Teamwith post-launch content, and the first of these updates is available now.
The most recent update toSonic Dream Team, version 1.2.0, was detailed in a new trailer, as well asa post on the Apple App Store. This update adds a new Time Trial mode, allowing players to record their best times and add them to the leaderboards. This update also overhaulsSonic Dream Team’s boss fights, where Dr. Crabulous, the Factory Foremen, and Guardian Hunter have been updated with new moves. The update also comes with eight new boss missions for players to tackle as well.
