The soon-to-be-releasedSuicide Squad: Kill the Justice LeagueSeason 1 Episode 2 update doesn’t add any new playable characters, but it does bring some exciting new enemies and missions for Task Force X to take on. Thenew Green Lantern-infused enemiescan summon Green Lantern constructs to try and eliminate the opposition, and they are completely immune to direct damage until these constructs are destroyed. Also being introduced is the Promotinaut, a supporting Terminaut that can upgrade other enemies to the next level of their mutation tree.

These powerful enemies will make things all the more challenging forSuicide Squadplayers during the new “Out of Orbit” mission, in which Brainiac attempts to locate his next target by partially phasing in Corrupted Justice League Watchtowers at various points in Metropolis. Since they are only partially phased into themainBatman: Arkhamuniverse, these Towers are invulnerable to attacks until Hack can lock them down. Protecting the Towers are enemies attacking from two dimensions at once, requiring the Squad to switch between these dimensions to harm them and lock down the Control Points that will allow them to destroy the Towers.

TheSuicide Squad: Kill the Justice League“Duality” update also expandsthe Joker-themed Elseworlds mapintroduced in the previous episode, allowing players to further explore this twisted alternate reality and complete new missions. To help them, the update is introducing three new Tiers of the Two-Face Infamy Set, as well as new weapons modeled after nefarious DC supervillains like Black Manta, the Reverse-Flash, and Firefly. TheSuicide Squad: Kill the Justice LeagueSeason 1, Episode 2 update goes live on May 24, 2025, meaning it won’t be long before players can challenge Brainiac’s dangerous new Green Lantern-powered minions.
