InSyphon Filter, players must complete a series of objectives in each level before it can be completed. In some levels, most notably levels 15 and 16, players are tasked with tagging infected bodies so that they can be identified and destroyed to prevent the spread of the virus.
Syphon Filter’s control scheme, while excellent for its time, can be a little cumbersome and confusing initially to a modern audience. As such, some players may initially have trouble working out how to tag the bodies as requested once they are located. This guide will explain how to tag the bodies found in levels 15 and 16.

How to Tag a Body
Players will need to locate one of the infected bodies in order to tag it. There are three in level 15 and another three in level 16 scattered around the maps. Once a body has been located, the actual process of tagging them is quite simple.
The player simply needs to stand over the body and press the interact button (triangle by default) to tag the body and complete the objective. This must be repeated for all six bodies across both levels in order to complete them and progress further into the game.
The bodies can be located by making use of the Viral Scanner, a gadget which, when equipped,can be used to look around by holding either square or R1.This gadget is acquired at the start of level 15 by heading forward to an open area and then climbing up to the windows of the building on the right, climbing in, and triggering a cutscene with Erickson. After the cutscene ends, the Viral Scanner can be grabbed from a box in the room.
Once a body is located, players need only stand over them and press the interact button (triangle by default) to clear the objective. The bodies are impossible to see without equipping the scanner, so players should make sure to equip it and search each level thoroughly. Players will, as usual, need to deal with a number of different enemies when exploring levels 15 and 16 to get to the bodies and tag them. Since these tasks are around 3/4 of the way through the game, the enemies will be more dangerous and in greater numbers than ever.
Once all the bodies have been found using the Viral Scanner and tagged using the interact button (triangle), the objective will be marked as completed, andplayers can move on to the other objectives in the levels.When dealing with the many foes between Logan and the bodies, players should aim for headshots whenever possible, so they can recover undamaged flak jackets from them if needed and also to eliminate them more efficiently and thus progress faster.
