The Research

The only way to acquire the Thunder Cage inThe First Descendantisthrough Research. It takes a long time to obtain this weapon, but it’s all worth it. Following the main story will lead you to unlock a Sub Quest to get the Thunder Cage.

Simplify the process by opening up your Quest menu. From here you can track the Research Request for the Thunder Cage. You will be provided with marked information, eventually allowing you to proceed with the sub-quest.

If the Sub Quest doesn’t pop up, keep following the storyline until it does.

Research Materials

You’ll need a total of four research materials which can be found in various locations. Here is everything you’ll need:
