Typically, they use their Twitter to post things like product recalls and safety reviews, as well as tips on how to handle dangerous equipment safely. However, with this tweet, the public are left wondering exactly who is behind this Twitter - and just how much anime the US government may be watching.
In all actuality, the tweet islikely a joke, and it did its job of bringing the US Safety Commission into the limelight for a solid 24 hours or so. They also used their temporary popularity and momentum to share real safety tips for using chainsaws (though they did disclose that if you are in fact, a chainsaw yourself, then these safety rules do not apply).
