Time is ticking down untilZorya: The Celestial Sistersfinally arrives on Steam, the Epic Games Store and the Nintendo Switch. While the game thatTLM Partners and MadLife Divertissement announcedback in November will be here next month, the two companies are giving a bit of a glimpse into what makes the game tick via a new video that hit on Wednesday.
Zorya: The Celestial Sistersis a puzzle-filled adventure that is similar to agame likeIt Takes Twoin that in order to succeed players will need to cooperate with another person either online or on their couch. Users can either pick to play as Aysu, the night goddess or Solveig the sun goddess and each character has different powers that will come in handy when trying to make a player’s way through the world and solve the many puzzles put in the character’s way. In order to succeed in the game, players will need to have great communication or they run the risk of dying on the planet of Viraj.

Zoryaisn’t a game that suggests that people get someone to play with them. In fact, the game requires it, much likeIt Takes Two, which features the need forco-op play both on the Switch and the PC. While that particular kind of way to play a game is getting more popular all the time, it can be hard to catch on right away.
That’s why TLM Partners and MadLife Divertissement have put out a new video that shows off some of the mechanics that go into the game. This new package of vignettes does more than that though as it also shows off thedesign choices behindZorya: The Celestial Sistersand how the game came to be.
This new video shows off exactly howZoryatakes advantage of the co-op mechanicsof the game to help players get through Viraj and why the world was laid out the way it was. It also shows off why the developers went with the kind of artstyle they did, and how that allows the upcoming title to stand out from the crowd.
It does appear as thoughZoryacould stand out from the pack because it requires co-op play. While that particular format is getting a bit more popular thanks to games likeIt Takes Two, it’s still something that isn’t all that common. Users will get a chance to see it in action when it launches for early next month.
Zorya: The Celestial Sisterslaunches on Jun 13, 2025 for PC and Switch.
